On gold and the economy,

I'm sitting on a rather large amount of gold right now, and I'm wondering...

What would be best for the shard's (Napa Valley) economy as far as what I do with the gold?

Would deleting a large amount actually help in any small way? Would putting it back into circulation help more? Perhaps buying up say, as much corruption or white pearls as I can and then trashing those?

Was an interesting idea which crossed my mind. What would actually be beneficial to the shard?

Transferring it to Catskills and dumping it into one of my chests would be the best way to get rid of a large amount of gold on Napa.

I knew a guy who came into a large amount of gold, and what he did was xfer around to diff shards and bought stuff. This way he didnt screw up just 1 shard, but multiple shards..

My aim isn't to hurt the shard, though.

We all know the economy has hit rock bottom on most shards now. Gold is being sold for $2 per million in bulk. Some things continue to climb in price to the absurd while others you nearly cannot give away...

Is there too much gold on the average shard? Too many sought after resources? What? How could someone with 20 million, 50 million, 100 million gold make a dent for the better in their shard's economy?
