getting in....

I have the client downloaded nicely after 8 tries....but the problem is.When i log in my mouse is slow and errattic then when i do get in client has a problem and has to close.......any ideas what is happening?

not sure kellen, but i have the exact same problem on 2 of my computers. 2 work fine and 2 just crap out. One of them i can't even get to the patch screen on and the other i can get in, see my char, then crash.

I called ea tech support and here's the bad news, its that video card evilness!!!!

On the machines that are sluggish, how much RAM do you have? This being beta software, I'm sure they've still got some work to do on memory and CPU usage optimization.

512 on this one at work and not sure on other at house, but i know its less than that lol i don't really expect it to run too good, was just hoping lol

for like 2 seconds, i can see my char, i can see whats around me, i can't move, i can't move my mouse, then crash

that is the same thing that happens to me .lol, so i am not alone

so must be the vid card.

What kind of video cards?

I have an nVidia 256Mb PCI-e x16 and I still get some pretty good slowdowns even with a gamepla window that isnt much bigger that 2d on my puter...

Im thinking that they should be taking a look at that...
