Getting grizzled bones

Can someone tell me if they definitely spawn _Every_Time you kill the Interred Grizzle?

I have never heard of them not dropping. One eye of the travesty, one desised bark on lady melisande, one dread horn mane on dread horn ect, every time. No more no less.

The only thing that most damage or the other mods of damaging have to do is who's luck is aplied to the stash. As long as you have lootin rights, you should have an even chance at the main ingredant
