Get Rid of Clumsy?

A friend of mine has a high Resist Spells.. he got Clumsy cast on him in old haven.. and cant get rid of it.. everyone has tried to get rid of it with clumsy including him.. the spell keeps fizzling..

does anyone know how to get rid of it.. ty
