Free trial question

Hi,

I´m a little confused.
I almost completed a new EA account right to the point where I had to choose a subscription form. There are three options and all three look like I have to pay for the game.

Yep, I know all options have (14 day free/trial) in it. Does that mean I have to pay for the game and if I do I get the 14 free days.
Or does it mean that I only get billed for the game after my 14 days have ended.

You get billed after the 14 days if you don't cancel. (atleast, that's how it was when I signed up around 3 years ago)

What about taking the game-time-code option? Then you can't be billed and your account simply should be blocked after those 14 days

Sounds good. But don´t you need to enter some keycard codes as well.
I´m not familiar with gamecards.
