Fountain Enhanced Bandages

Do these bandaids also enhance the amount of damage you heal on a pet, or just on another person?

From what I remember, they only enhanced the actual Healing skill. Kinda like smelting with Blacksmith Gloves on...

Actually P39 made it so they affect Vet Also.
