My vote is

Get the graphics team to fix the graphics in KR. By fix I mean,"polish" to use your terms

Make it so I am not looking at a washed out, water colored, glob of pixels, that is supposed to be a metal/wooden chest , statue. snow globe, etc.

and if the current graphic team can't do that, ship them off to the "unannouced project" with Darkscribe.

Fix the bugs in KR before we start getting expansion after expansion added with their own bugs. In other words, keep up with the bugs as they appear. EA/Mythic have hopefully learned their lesson with the mistakes regarding addressing bugs in the game from the past 10 years, and will make an effort to NOT repeat those same mistakes.

First order of business should be getting new people to play. If UO doesn't start getting new players soon its going to die. I've been playing for 7 years and I've never seen the shards so empty. Its a sad state when I can place a max lockdown home on Pacific right next to a guardzone. Origin is empty, Lake Austin is empty, both have large tower spots by moongates. The population in this game is way down and is getting lower and lower each day. I would bet the population is down over 50% from 2 years ago. Any Devs out there want to prove me wrong? Whats the real number of players?

the first things the new boss should do is :

1.Dont listen to much to the 50 permanently nonsense poster
(this have destroyed to much already in the game,and drove thousends of players to games like WoW)

2.implement a in game poll system where ALL player can vote

3.implement a pvp switch

4.eleminate the scripter/cheater/duper/speeder

Way back in May, Walt Yarbrough said in response to a question about whether UO and DAoC were 'sharing' resources so UO didn't have a full-time producer :

"The Producer for UO - Aaron Cohen, reports to me.
The Producer for DAoC - Chris Rabideau, reports to me.

There's no sharing."

That still true now?
