A few questions.

Hi, I have a few questions hope this is the right place to ask them.

1. What is the max SDI I can get including items, intel, scribe, slayers. I am a mage looking to get the absolute max SDI for PVM. If anyone has anyone experience with this and can tell me how much damage I can do that would be great.

2. what is the max SDI for pvp I know its said to be 15% but is that only with items? Can I still get more SDI in pvp from my intel, scribe?

3. Also I hear these tells of using blessed regs via the cat hat statues or whatever can someone tell me how this is done?
