I found a page, i dont remember where it could have been uostratics.com, but it did list events. The last 14 days it had been 3 events in one shard (doesent remember which) but none what so ever in all the others.

Is it common with either player events, such as festivals, yard sales and so on or events made by the developers?

I,m new to this game, only played for like a week so i guess i have to wait a little longer to participate in a event.

Also on UOForums, pressing the Calander/Event option at the top of the page one can see the listings for General Sosarian and then individual shard calenders.
