Eval Question

Im getting a lot of different information from different sources (stratics, uo.com, etc.) on this topic... is there a comprehensive list somewhere that reveals what spells use eval in its calculation?

from what i understand, all damage spells use eval except harm and MB... but im trying to figure out if eval affects other things such as heal spells and energy vortex... any help is appreciated - thanks

eval doesnt effect heal spells not sure bout energy vortex, dont think so but not 100% sure

Eval only affects direct damage spells and status changing spells. The two exceptions are Magical Poison and Mind Blast. Neither of these last two require eval. Summons are not affected by eval, either.

Is it Eval that is used to see whether or not you bypass someone's Magic Resist for Magic Poison? Or is the Magery skill vs Magic Resist?

i read that harm is also an exception - is that the casE?

yes harm is another exception, has to do with the distance from your attacker I believe.
