If/when they ban any duped items it goes for every item. While they may not ban your account, they will delete the item.
Whether you paid UO gold or RL gold (got to love it) is a mute point.

It was probably my crimson that was exploited at luna bank, it was insured

UO did nothing over it even when reported to GM and emailed. I had the person's name and all his info and all his goodies he used to scam a few of us.
