I've read that EA close Japan studio: here
Some players and I are worrying that this may affect EA Japan UO team. EA Japan UO team are now doing their work very good, so I think it would be better if there is no bad influence and EA Japan UO team could keep their good work.

It would be very nice for us, if someone from EA could confirm this. Thank you.

From reading the article you linked to and the one linked to in that article, I can't find any connection between the closing of that studio and UO at all, considering that the studio that was closed created games for console systems. I don't think you have anything to worry about about.

But I'm worrying that there might be a large plan of restructuring which is not opened to us yet and this case is only a part of it, and EA Japan UO team might be restructured or halted as a part of the whole plan someday in the near future. [i]

That EA studio only opened 3 years ago, as the article says, so it wouldn't be the UO one. There should be no effect. It was only focused on producing Nintendo DS games.
