Dude, So Where's My Terrain??

In UO U.Hall on Stratics a player asks

Ok, I did report this as a bug a while ago and I was hoping that last patch might have corrected it, but no.
As the below screenie shows, I have bits and pieces of KR Terrain, Luna roads, Dungeons etc, that just do not display for me.
Oddly enough, the same areas DO display for other people so maybe it's just me

This is just one example, I have the issue in several places:

According to the EasyInfo guide, my machine specs, while far from great, pass the KR test.
1.7gH Celeron, 512Mb Ram & Video Card is Radeon 9200 series, 128mb.

Lowish specs I know, but the areas I don't see are displayed on other machines with lower specs than mine *sighs*

I thought maybe my files were corrupted somehow, so after the last monster patch, I uninstalled KR, downloaded the files again and re-installed...but it's still the same, only brighter!
Anyway, if CatHat or anyone else knows what the prob is, maybe you could give me a clue as to what's happening here?

Hmm, I guess you're right, hehe.
Maybe they can just fix all the other bits I can't see, like most of the Paved roads in towns and such and leave my beach as is...maybe set it up as a Naturist's Getaway Resort, woot!

This should be fixed in an upcoming patch (probably not the very nextg one, but the one after that)

Hope that patch fixes the iron maiden (entrance to bedlam) on LS. Doesn't show up at all. If you press cntrl shift the handle comes up so you can still get in
