Does anyone here understand Mr Tact armor chart

I really am on the fence... who has a "full suit" of just one armor type?
I don't... at least not on my warrior chick... where it matters most.
No, not real thrilled with the changes I don't think.
It took me this long to get a decent suit from when they "messed up" my invuln armor suit.

I'm sure however it ends up being boiled down things won't be so different that entire suits will need to be re-worked. Both ideas (diminishing returns or "proficiencies" and caps) sound decent enough to work without major changes overall. The main focus is to level out the playing field so you don't HAVE to have the best suit to compete (PvP or PvM wise, they will change monsters capabilities with changing ours).

I'm a bit perplexed at what I am looking at... Is this a change that went to a publish?

If so, let me get this straight; With GM Arms Lore I will get a bonus to any crafted piece of armor I make now? Just like the difference between normal and exceptional?

In otherwords Arms Lore now has a valid excuse to train?
