Do runebooks work from one shard to another?
Question - do runebooks work from one shard to another? Obviously a runebook of player-run shops wouldn't work, but how about the ones for static in-game locations? (taming spots, cities, dungeons, mage shops, etc)

For the most part yes, however some locations will be blocked. Ore & Wood locations will be different but I think taming should be fine.
