I saw that too, but I just took it as Jeremy is going to be at a holiday party for the dev team and is going to take some pictures of members at awkward moments, you know, like being plastered, passed out, goofy outfits, men hugging, etc.
I just hope the other members of the team noticed that portion too and get some pics of Jeremy needing somoene to hold her hair back or something as collateral.

Yea, it would seem that in the context she was writing in, she meant that she wanted to gather info on her colleagues for fun during the party, not anything UO related.
