Anyone open the chests yet? I have a few chests but dont have a lockpicker, i just wondered if their was anything special in them or just normal loot.

Didn't know there were dark wisp chests.

Did they drop from regular dark wisps?

I have a GM lockpicker, but on the Hokuto shard...and he doesn't have a chest to pick.

Put the chest in your vendor's pack. From there you can open it just to see what's inside. You won't be able to take anything out but at least you will know the contents. From there you will need to find a GM Picker that you know and trust to open em for you.
Black rock boxes rule. I have several that I have collected. I infect the creatures myself. Not sure how much they will sell for but should be a pretty penny. Lots of factors involved. You first need to infect a creature, you'll need to have casted armaggedon sometime in the past and have voices talking to you all the time. Once you infect a creature, you'll need to kill it. That is a whole other ball of wax. They become like "super paras". Fast as damned lightning.
But once you slay the beast they have the possiblity of holding crazy amonuts of gold- I have been told up to 850k. I killed a Blackrock infected White Wyrm with 18k in gold on it. The other crazy thing is that these boxes are randomly dropped on the creatures. So when get one you feel pretty lucky.

1) How do you get black rock?
2) Where do you get armageddon?
3) how many times do you need to cast it to get voices?
4) If you ARE infected, is there a chance that ANY monster you fight will become infected? That could be BAD if you did it on your main character.
5) How do you INFECT the creature?

And where are the wisps?

In wisp dungeon on Napa. Regular wisps sometimes have paragon chests too.

1. You can dig it up with some patience and the hiding skill. It is where the blackrock eles spawn.
2. The armageddon spell is a list of spoken words... it's somewhere here in the forums if you look around. (I'm too lazy right now )
3. Sometimes repeatedly, sometimes just once. It took me three tries or so.
4. Yes. I've gone to champ spawns and had critters there turn up infected. It makes life interesting lol.
5. If you are infected, then you are contagious. No need to do anything, they just spawn already infected.

3. You don't really need to cast Armageddon in order to infect creatures. All you need to do is just carry a piece of blackrock in your pack. You can insure it if you want. I infected creatures on my Pally with no magery at all.
4. YOU are not infected. You can infect any creature. I did it to some low level ones like, birds and rats, so I am going to assume any creature can be infected. Just want to add that the highest level I have infected was a dragon.
