I miss the old days in UO when people tried to kill each other, instead of throwing snowballs at each other.

But Maddux ... throw a snowball at them and while they are snow shocked (and trying to hit you with theirs) ... hit them with a trusty (whatever) kill strike

See it can work to your advantage to distract your opponent and if nothing else at least your both laughing while trying to see who 'kills' who first. "He laughed so hard he died" ... or something like that

Well, I have to say, I've had my fill of snowball fights, but some of us are still having lots of FUN !! :grin: Why just recently there've been trips to pirate caves, hiding out in the desert, and searching for a lost map...

There are lots of us still having fun and not obsessed with items and gold. You just have to know where to find us.

i thougth the fun was all gone but i guess i just havn't met people like u guys in game yet, everyone i seem to find only wants to be your friend if you can help them out or if u do find a group of people to hunt with their 24/7 hunters that do tons of dmg and get most of the loot... it may sound like im crying about getting trash loot and ya sometimes it does get old but i just dont have all that time to perfect my char. for hunting... i need to find some people that are more laid back.

Some days I go to Haven with my ninja and change into animal form then mirror image to make 4 or 5 of myself, if I am the only one there it soon changes and anyone who can do the same does, it end up with loads of animals walking around together. Some times there an be half a dozen or more people doing this.

Herding FTW....

Throwing snowballs and changing forms seems like it would be more fun than the 'norm' at the bank I usually frequent.... think I'm gonna have to change my financial business spot...

There are usually a few warriors insulting a few tamers which, of course, gets reponses by many in screen, bringing on a word slinging match...

Yes, we've had alot of fun with snow in spurts lol Course I tend to do all sorts of silly things and drag others in to it with me. Like... ya see a group of friends standing around chatting, soooo ya run up and yell TAG!! and run off! You'd be surprised how many will chase you, others join in etc. Lots of silly fun.

Host an event. The planning of it alone will keep ya busy for a bit, then actually running the event. Its wonderful to see other folks enjoying it, and you get a snicker or two here and there yourself

Set some sort of silly emote, totally off the wall, and run through a popular pvp area (such as Fel Yew Gate) naked...yes naked, spamming this emote.

I dont 'run' with any one guild or group, be it pvm, pvp, rp, peerless hunters etc. I have friends from all walks, and chars Ive trained to enjoy all those aspects as well, even a red mage (YES! even me! and no I wont say who lol) Meet and great as many folks as you run across and do different events with different folks/groups.
