Whats the deal with cursed items? what difference does it make to an item? I assume its not that bad as cursed artifacts still cost a bomb

From what I understand, a "Cursed" item cannot be blessed nor insured. Please some correct me if I am wrong about this.

Yup they can't be insured or blessed.

Yup as Ally said. There is a rumor that the items can be uncursed when kingdon reborn comes out. It is just a rumor. Don't pay a premium price for these arties. I you do have a few use them in Tram and make sure you are with a group so you can get back to your body in time to get it back. In fel it's up to you, but if you get killed you will lose it.

Oh so that is what it means... I thought it means sense them scrolls say "cursed" you right click scroll and curses you with what it was cursed with such as a scroll of animal taming so you get cursed with animal taming and without having away to lift it it is permentally on you until then or whatever.

Carp, the reason that scrolls are "cursed" is because of the risk of doing spawns. They dont want people to do a spawn, and instantly insure any scrolls they may get. This adds an element of risk to get the scroll out of there safely. I have seen and had happen to me, too many times, trying to fight my way out of a spawn/star room with a 120 or 2 on me.

I wish they would curse the skulls you get at spawns too. Many people will instantly insure the skull, then dont care if they die, cause it stays with them. Often, those skulls are more sought after than most scrolls, since you only get a good scroll about 1 in 20 spawns.
