curious
my friend just messaged me he was doing quest and got a deed for a stone anvil east while makeing footstools. I though there was no dropping of that receipy because of some error encounted in design . if that is true how could he have gotten a deed for one. am i crazy in thinking i can not get that one or is he directionally impared. i threated him if he is lieing.

I thought the deeds were dropping just not the reciepes. I've gotten deeds for tons of elven furniture. Just means you will be one of the few with one in your house.
