cant resign from quests... stuck...

Cant resign from quests..... arghhhh.. ive tried everything, you name it i tried it. and cant resign from quests. sent several detailed bug reports.. and still cant resign. anyone still stuck like me.

I've paged for a similar problem in the Friends of the Library quest chain - collecting the poison sacs from speckled scorpions, can't flag them as quest items, can't resign from the quest or the quest chain - it shows as red in my quest log rather than the usual white.

All I got was the message 'this will need investigating further', so as suggested logged it on the EA help site - annoying since that character has been stuck with this for over a week and can't get the Virtue cloak quest done because of it....

Yes, have a char stuck with Convince Me quest. Very frustrating hearing the negation horn and still seeing the quest there day after day.

Can you still make the white cloth? Or did they fix that already?

I do believe they fixed that a long time go so you cannot get cloth.

My wife is stuck on the poison sacs for the bee keeper, as its a timed quest and if you do not finish within the time alloted you fail on the quest, she cannot reset nor delete the quest so she cannot become a friend to the brit library on that char.

I tell folks now when doing that quest for Library to get the sacs first before seeing the bee keeper. That way they can finish the quest and become a friend to the library.

A hint, it need not be the character doing the bee keeper quest that gathers the poison sacs. Let your warrior, tamer, mage, or bard kill the speckled scorpions and then give them to your non fighter chars.
