Can you turn in COMPLETED treasure maps for Spring Cleaning?

It occurs to me that the ingenious T-Maps are a gold mine of turn-in points if you can turn them in after they are completed!

Anyone try this?

why not wait so see when it goes live to all the shards? Keep a completed one from you current stock, then try it. Do not do any others until the publish goes in.
