Can these stupid Books of Truth still be turned in?

I have enough to claim a reward and they are just taking up valuable bank space

Can they still be turned in, and where?

I believe the date has long passed to turn them in

It ended when the dark wisps left the Lycaeum, I think. That's where the special NPC's were that gave the quests that accepted the books. Maybe check the NPC quests at the Lycaeum to see if any give book quests? I don't think so anymore though.

I guess the ones which are not turned in will end up being rare?

I have one left over as well. Im not going to sell it but it will be fun to see just how rare they are in a few years. Makes for nice deco anyhow.
