Ok. I have been looking around trying to understand this. I see tons of vendors with these BOD things and these books in their bags. What the hell is that all about? Can someone point me to a good site that explains it all...super simple style since I appear to be dense. Domo arigato.

Not necessarily. The BOD books typically have unfinished / empty BODS for sale. You buy them, fill them and combine them with LBODs if you wish and turn them in. I have seen 'finished' BODs for sale too, but that is not usual.

yeah, mostly people will label them with what they could be combined with a large deed and the reward that follows. Ex. "Barbed Kit Smalls" are BODs that could be combined with a LBOD for a Barbed Runic Kit.

when i used to play GM armor was the norm and you could find it most anywhere. I seem to have difficulty finding any kind of sets of armor for sell. Anyone have suggestions on where to hunt to get them or who has em for sell or what they are commonly refered to?

I'm wondering when they'll enable BOD's for skills such as capentry, cooking and tinkering as far as I can tell, it's only for blacksmithing and tailoring.

That's the current situation. I keep hoping for Bods for Carpenters, Fletchers and Tinkers.... But I haven't seen any evidence that the hope has foundation. at all.

One thing that puzzles the hell out of me is that when some people accept a bod, if they don't like it they'll drop it and go get another.

I've found a few that are relatively easy to fill this way, including a few large bods.

A possible fix is this...

If you accept a bod, then the order stays with you and you have the option of 'resigning' this bod with the appropriate loss in fame/reputation.

the new bod system makes it so easy to get the better rewards if u get a crap bod fillit turn it in, and you get another with in minutes instead of the 6 hours u used to have to wait . so by all means pick up junk bods fill turn in,one at a time . if u have 40 turn in one at a time ask for a new one after each...

That's all well and good, but I still think that if you accept a BOD and drop it because you odn't like what it is...you should be prepared to face the rammifications.
