This week's publish supposed to fix the month's long problem, but I have a character that is still unable to resign from the compassionate task quest from candle of love event. This now useless quest which I can't delete also seems to interfere with my completing the summon fiend quest. Trying to get a gm's attention is not working at this time, no queue number for over the last half hour of waiting for even an acknowledgement that the query has been received. Anyone got a patience/chill pill for my char?

Perhaps the gm's have weekends off. I'm giving up on getting my character fixed. Almost 2 hours of waiting without even a you are #any number in queue, or please try asking on weekdays 8am to 5pm is not good for customer satisfaction. There is definitely room for improvement here.

The lack of GM response and service is now critical. Friend was decoing house and moving a chest of rubble. It fell under the house foundation and cannot be reached. Three of us have paged on this time sensitive issue. Guess what? Yep, no queue number or help. This is really depressing......

I did finally did get a response which consisted of them referring me to a web page that had absolutely no answers. That was after waiting several hours over a period of three nights.

Owww, sorry to hear such a miserable outcome to your plight. Hoping for a better outcome tonight, but quickling losing faith in supposed customer service.

We got it back! Without gm assistance... friended character stood over a deleted teleporter was able to get stuck under foundation and pick up the box and lift it to yard of plot. Owner then returns to custo mode to boot stuck under plot player. Woohooooo!!!! (Still disappointed in lack of gm support)

Considering this is leap year, you got lucky, normally GM's don't respond to UO in leap year. Maybe they got away from DAoC long enough to answer your queue.

Or it could be because Maddux sent them too many tickets before you and they finally got done with his requests.

Dip, I love your humor, but do you think they/the GMs stealthed over, and dropped the box in my hand as I grabbed and set it on my friend's yard? As far as we could tell, there was no help from any GM during this ordeal and we had to come up with our own solution. If they were there, why didn't they answer any one of our pages, aide us in our time of need, and then get the rave thanks and positive feedback they would deserve? I do agree with your assessment we got lucky this leap year!

Ok, I can't keep up the charade... they don't work at all (atleast not in UO).

But I do stick by them being bogged down by Maddux's tickets, I know he's probably still stuck in queue trying to get one of his Reds amnesty/sanctuary.
