Has anyone done this one?

My grief with this: it is soooo vague. I have never heard of any of the stuff they are talking about (NPC) when they tell me about the quest. How are you supposed to find out where you are supposed to start this quest if there is no one you can ask questions of? Especially in a world as large as UO. Boggles my mind. I am going to wander around and see if I run into any of the Black Order folks...who is the black order anyway?

Usually if you click her again she will give you a hint as to where to find what you must kill.
And the quest gump has the list of how many of each.

Black Order Badges means you will be going to the Citadel. Good Luck.

Yeah, I read about the Citadel after doing an online search on the quest. I don't think I am ready for that...not with my crappy connection. I am going to kill Elders for a while and GM my Big Bug, Dragon, Mare ... on whatever they GM. Also, work on making my normal horse a GM horse too That should be easier for me to do than this quest.

Cool. Thanks for the link. I decided to avoid the quest until I have a better connection. I am going to train up my pets...experimenting with a pack of dogs too. I wonder how much fun they will be.

The badge quest is fairly easy actually since you can get two of the badge colors right on the main level of the Citadel from the two surprise spawn points of Black Order assassins and one Black Order mage. Enough room there to take them out.

The third badges you need are the Black Order thief ones, found from the guys who also drop the blue key - this room can be annoying but it's easy to hop back and forth in and out of it to heal or whatnot. I had a fun time clearing that room out alone with my stealth necromancer in true assassin style, popping in to hit someone with a series of stuff and vanishing again :grin:

Doing the badge quest specifically isn't really worth your time though, the reward as I recall is just a bag of treasure, ie. rubbish. Best just gather badges while you're working on something else in the Citadel, sorta as a side project.
