Auto Macroing Allowed?

I've come back to UO after many years. I know that automatic macroing to gain skills was a bannable offense before, but I was looking through the rules of conduct at http://www.uo.com/conduct.html and didn't see anything about it. Is it allowed now?

Hmm seems they are a bit more lenient about it than before, but still those "penalties to your account" is enough to keep me away. Thanks for the info and the welcome, feels good to be back.
