arms lore bonus help

Sorry to ask such an obvious question, but I can't find the reference...

What is the crafting bonus from Arms Lore, and at what level does it kick in?

Believe it is every 20 points of armslore will give +1 to armor resists, and +1 additional damage increase on weapons. Not certain if it's rounded up from 19 armslore or must have at least 20 to get 1%. At gm armslore, a gm or higher smith will make at least 40%DI weapons. A human with jack of all trades will have at least 36%DI even without training the skill. Found the link!http://www.uoforums.com/f1142/arms-lore-changes-28894/

It's rounded down, so you need 20 for the first bonus.

Indeed.
0-19,9 armslore = no bonus
20-39,9 or Jack of All Trades bonus = 1% damage / 1% resist bonus
40-59,9 armslore = 2% damage / 2% resist bonus
60-79,9 armslore = 3% damage / 3% resist bonus
80-99,9 armslore = 4% damage / 4% resist bonus
100(and up) armslore = 5% damage / 5% resist bonus

Tailoring, carpentry, bowcraft, tinkering or blacksmithy skill do not come into play.
Those are only used for the actual success chance when creating the item.

With that said, a full set of crafted armour (6 pieces - hands, arms, body, neck, legs, head) holds a 30% total bonus, 35% if you also craft a shield.
This is where having a suit of armour crafted by a normal or armslore crafter actually makes a difference.
