Anyone tested the scrolls of Alacrity yet?

Kit, you can always use another character while the one training is waiting for the timer or..... start a new character to just work that 1 skill (thus making it a shorter wait for GGS because you're not close to 700 cap)

I think most players have fully kitted characters so its very difficult to do that!

That's true also. But then again, if you're full of characters, odds are you have plenty of soulstones to put skills on so you can work with 1 character the same way.
