Anyone tested the scrolls of Alacrity yet?

They are horrible if you're at a high level already. I ate an eval one to try it out and went from 118.2 eval to 118.2. Fanatastic!

Anyway, they only work if you can actually get a gain. So if you use it for your GGS, you'll get maybe a .2-.5 gain instead of a .1 gain. If you don't manage a gain as normal, these scrolls don't help you. Do NOT buy these things for the millions people are asking them for. They are not worth it at all.
