Amulet of righteousness

If given enough time, I am sure Dip will figure out how to kill someone with it.

I like doing cool little RP stuff with it, like pretending I'm some all powerful being or something on my steather and hiding somewhere. Stealth around until the opertune moment and click the amulet and say something like "No worries, his greatness has arrived you may all continue to be now" or something smartarse like that

It's a reward for doing a quest. The reason it's special is cause it can do lightning that doesn't hurt anyone. Also, this quest you do to get it you can only do once per character, so in that sense, it can be a semi-rare.
