 | Account Billing Problem Hi, I have got a problem with submiting billing info. Me and my friend want to try new graphic at KR, so I go to uo.com, download client, click on this link: www.ultima-registration.com and try to register EA member account. I fill form, send it and... page just refresh and nothing else happend... After a lot of spend time over this problem, I simply get registration at https://account.ea.com/reg/create-ac...aco&skin=eacom, I use same informations and after first submit, I was registered... uff... Ok... Then I goes back to www.ultima-registration.com , log in and fill billing info. Everthing was all right, registration was successfull and I log into game. And now that harder part of that... As I sad before, I have got friend of me, who want to play too... So he makes EA member acc same as me, but when he send billing info (same as mine, he haven't got credit card), he gets error, that it was unsuccessfull and he may try it later... Later was day after this and when he send form again, nothing happend, just refresh of page with billing info form - no error, no warning, just form - same problem as that member registration. We tried register new acc, edit acc, I tried another web browser, another system - nothing help  I hope, anyone here can help. Sorry for noobish english. |

 | Re: Account Billing Problem Welcome to UO Forums and soon to UO Akane  Your friend will have to have a credit card to registar. He can then cancel auto renew. Also want to tell you that KR though released is still rough around the edges. Probably would be better calling it a beta yet  . So if you have a lot of problems running it download the 2D client and try that.Vepl |

| Re: Account Billing Problem If he's using your credit card, it's might be possible the address information needs to be the same. Just guessing here. Best bet is to call I think.   "Careful what you wish for, You just might get it all.... And then some you don't want" |

| Re: Account Billing Problem I believe Silverfoot is correct. I even think you have to have your Email attatched to his account, but I am not positive about that.  |

| Re: Account Billing Problem Yup make sure your friend is putting the same address as your credit card. The email address doesn't have to be the same. If you still can't register, I'd follow Silverfoot's suggestion and call them. That's what I had to do when I was having trouble making my account on the website.    |

| Re: Account Billing Problem Thank for replies at first... I put absolutly same billing info including name, surname, adress, city, post code etc and it's same as before... Just refresh of page and no error message... Friend tried another credit card, then mine and same problem. Form just not sended. Our accounts names are different of course.. And Vepl.. KR is just client, but problem is with account creating. I just select wrong part of forum, sorry  Ok, I will tell friend of me, that he must call... |
