Maybe they didn't understand me, but you'd think they'd at least send a pre-written English message to contact someone else. You'd also think that they'd have basic English understanding since this is an English-based game from a company that corresponds in English. Maybe that's asking too much.

Anyway, I contacted them on Arirang because that's where the problem took place (for me). Hopefully, this will just be taken care of worldwide. One character lost from each account was a very good one skill wise with good items, but two of them on the one account were basically non-used mules. I sure hope I don't get one of those back if it's only one per account.

Earlier this morning at the bank, somebody reported theirs missing as well, with plenty of valuable items lost.

I've been at work for the past 6 hours or so, before that all my chars were still in place. A bit scared to go home and see what's happened...

... anyhoo, thankfully on uo.com the message says the chars haven't been deleted, they're just not showing up. So shouldn't be any permanent damage done.

Eww that would suck if we lost our sixth chars, or any characters at all. I'm gonna go to uo.com and see if all our chars are still there.

Yes, multiple shards. I can't find out info if it is all of them or not tho.

Well, I just checked my characters on Drachenfels and Europa, and both of those are fine, all six characters there... just hope it stays that way.
