This may sound obvious and redundant, but definitely update your security software and scan your PC for viruses and malware.

I heard some banned accounts were able to log back on with the Welcome Back program. Not the duper accounts, but people who got banned for other offenses. that' can't be good

Didn't that happen with the last WB program? People were able to log in their banned accounts.
