Value of Cloth and Leather

I was wondering what the value of cloth and leather are...say 1000 pieces of cloth or 1000 pieces of leather. What should those sell for on a vendor?

To reply to OP, vendor fees and item scarcity play a big part in pricing. Cloth is farmed fairly regularly on Siege, since you can't buy it from NPC vendors (period)

If you are looking to buy, find a NEW member, they usually work the hardest at it, trying to build scratch for their character. A typical NEW may sell cloth anywhere from 3-7 gold per (IME, I don't know who is ripping Sillyfoot off)

If looking to sell, and if looking to do so from a vendor, your best bet is advertising. I don't mean dropping runes (a practice I personally abhor, not sure why) I mean Stratics (and here, I buy cloth

) but mostly Stratics, since the Siege Stratics forum is hands down the most active shard forum Stratics has. If you have enough cloth in bulk, set an auction and watch the prices soar. Then setup arrangements for the winner to go to your vendor at a specified time for you to place the cloth deed

That, and I'm a cheapskate, so selling to me is pointless.
