This eve I attended a ceremony in Wintermoor for the lady Katharine of EoD. The Knights of the Silver Serpent had need to honor and thank her for saving a piece of their history.

Katharine graciously alerted the lady Miranda to a Greatly Worn home that she felt just could not fall.

Tonight, they honored her..

Rizarium: Would like to welcome our neighbours this eve and bow to them for respecting our rules here. We stand here this eve due to respect of each other. A respect grown in friendship and adversary, but all in all a respect of ones’ ways.

Lady Katharine please stand forward.

You sent out the call to harken a return to the flame of Mithras and the call to save his Temple. Though in truth you could have profited from letting is pass.

Katharine: Never. It’s worth more standing.

Rizarium: I honor ye decision this eve. I call the Squire Miranda forward to speak a few words as well.

Miranda: Lass ye oft with ye spouse there are in our Wintermoor some times shopping. Sometimes ye and ye spouse there just here to visit with friends, but that one snowy day ye came rushing to me with news. Horrific news that even I had not noticed, bust as I was with me vendors and I am in here all the time.

And so ye asked me to follow ye and we raced here. And ye pointed to the sign and to the decay. The Temple of Mithras was greatly worn and ready to fall. Without ye to sound that first alarm, we may have kept on stockin vendors, shovelling the snow and even missed our own demise of our history. And everything thanks to ye, ye saved the Temple of Mithras. For that we say thank you.

We have tiny momentos for ye that we have gathered. Thanks to ye, a friend and neighbor this sacred place was saved and all its history.

Katharine: I did what anyone would do.

Miranda: We owe ye a devt of gratitude. Not REV. There were here too waiting for the fall as others hidden in the snow silently saying nothing. But ye spoke. Ye sounded the warning. Ye may have these tokens of our appreciation.

Katharine: Can I say something? Okay as much as I appreciate the gratitude, it’s not needed. Nor the gifts, unless they’re pretties!

Katharine accepted her 'pretties' and after a bit of mingling we took our leave.

Congratulations Katharine for the ceremony and gifts. You still a wonderful thing and the parties involved will forever thank you.

Aye I've been to a few...I've never been disappointed when visiting with them.

I have played with Riz on sonoma for many years, damn good man and im sure anyone he links himself to is as well. I look forward to getting to know the KSS members

Well I don't know bout being the "damned good man" part, but I aint half bad *chuckles* As for KSS, I appreciate the thought, but they coulda just said thank you instead of doing all that. Not that I mind the statues, lord knows I love more deco *grins*
