Lord Admiral Isak,
It is of the upmost importance that you dispatch a squadron of the Trinsic Territorial Fleet to patrol the waters surrounding the island nation of Nujelm with all do haste.
Be on the lookout for Vanguard controllers and their minions.
I have it on good authority that Nujelm will be under attack from these forces in the immediate future.
Nujelm does not possess the ability to counter these forces at this time and we must not allow another city to fall to the evil forces that are at work to destroy the Realm.
The Crown nor the Royal Guard have the resources to send to the aid of Nujelm at this time.
Therefore it is my decision to commit as much of our own forces as possible without weakening Trinsic itself to counter this attacking force against Nujelm.
We shall fight them there and perhaps turn the tide before Trinsic itself falls under attack.
If nessesary put troops ashore on Nujelm to wage combat.

Governor Ironhorse,
As of the writting of this notice, i have committed 30% of the Fleet to the waters around Nu'Jelm. This portion of our fleet will be under my direct command until I have been able to assess the strength of the threat to the island. In my stead, I hereby place the remainder of the fleet within the region of Trinsic under the direct command of Captain Fade. He has been issued orders that until the seriousness of this threat is obtained, that there are to be no excursions of any fleet vessel away from the borders of Trinsic without my direct authorization. As is your wish we will assertain the strenght of this threat, and lend any and all assistance available to Nu'Jelm.
