Im so frustrated with Codemasters, I ordered a charcter transfer on the 27.12.07. It is supposed to only take a few days, I figured it might take longer due to xmas holiday.
Its now 11.01.08 and it still has not been completed. I cant even access the guy as the status is "in progress" meaning that they have taken him off the server.

Ive emailed them twice as not got a reply.
I dont think I will ever use their premium services again.

I am sure I read somewhere pre the holiday that the offices were closed to such things as char transfers for 2 weeks.Id give it a few more days till Monday,see if anything happens,then give them merry hell if you still havent heard.

Have you actually posted on their official forums?

There are several issues they have to iron out in transfers still, there are a number of threads on the official forums about this. People were not getting their transfers or indeed the transfers were not working as planned and preventing them from accessing there characters at all.

Personally id wait abit longer matey.

No issues on the American Lotro Servers for premium Services such as server tranfers, oor for character or kinship renames. Codemasters doesn't run the american premium services programs either. Hope your issues get resolved.

I did another char transfer and it was completed in a day, no problems except I need to change his name somehow, has a -1 at the end.
I have no idea where the first charcter is tho

Well they emailed me saying that they will pass my details on to whoever did the transfers, cant remember the exact details. They mentioned that because my order was in the Xmas peroid there was an intial delay. Still should have been completed by now, especially since the second order took only a day.
I have a funny feeling that my char has been deleted or lost.

Worked out how to change the guys name from -1, just had to use /changename

I just got an email from codeamsters regarding my first transfer. Sating :-

Unfortunately there is a technical glitch with your first character transfer. The programmers are currently looking into to try and resolve as quickly as possible.
We will contact you as soon as we have an outcome ourselves.
