It's 2:37 am pst... I'm going to make some mistakes.
 I dont have the privilages to fix the title on the main. But I am hoping to get another opportunity for horse at the festival.

It should be in Bree, Duillond, and near Hobiton at the designated festival areas. T Duillond, the feastival dance instructor is already up. The other two stations aren't completely up yet.
