Expanding the LOTRO area.

Ok I've added the forums I "think" you guys need, but if you need anymore, let me know
Also, any better descriptions for each forum would be welcome, I suck at writing those

As per my post in the WoW area, if anyone would like to volunteer to moderate here, let me know (Present staff or otherwise)

Actually the name was changed to the Ultimate Online Forums, this was in keeping with what our users are discussing and playing. We're willing to cover whatever game you all are playing, as long as it keeps within our basic forums guidelines.
Without you, the users, there is no forum.
