Dances With ____ Quests

How do you do them? I tried one, and /dance with the instructor, and immediately fail. What exactly are you supposed to do?

You take the quest, and dont leave the area. The instructer will go on stage, He or she will say step 1, 2, or 3 and begin dancing. Once they say step, you should type "/dance1", "/dance2", or "/dance3"
