I think neutral=impartial judge/ref/host type stuff....though we will definitely need some help with that.

Who threw the ale? I don't drink it nor bother with such things. Now, a pizza NOT from Luigi's or ...well mayhaps I'll release an arrow at your backside....that's another thought. But throwing ale is just not me so blame the orcs!
