My personal second vote would be Trinsic. It is a city of rich history and other shards use it, yet on Chesapeake it is mostly abandoned, which I find unfortunate.

I think alot of the legacy cities would be fun to try this in, Trinsic definitely, Brit east & west is almost made for it, vesper with all the Islands and bridges.....

I like T2A. Use the Champ spawn points in felucca, as areas to defend in trammel. I have not looked at a T2A map in a while, so this might not be realistic. I do like Vesper as well. The battle of Bridges!
