RP peak times on catskills?

I was wondering when the RP peak times are on catskills, so I can create a character there so I can RP in UO when no RPers are about on Europa. I live in an eastern standard timezone.

I am on at about 7 pm to 10 pm EST... and it is fun non-stop.

I'm thinking about it. I want to RP a lizardman, so I'll need to get my magery up to polymorph. If anybody can get a hold on some polymorph scrolls, that would help
