Project Slayer

Goal:
Get Slayer repeating X bows to all TormTars

Procedure:
Use oak fletching kits to make Repeating X bows.
Once the TormTar becomes a Defender we have a Ceremony.

Defender = finish the 8 ingame virtue quests.

(bugging Caliver and Safari to keep the weapons and make repair deeds, thank you to Lance, Malagar, Reign, (me) for donating a bunch of oak kits)

If anyone knows of a better way to use oak kits... POST it please!

Ooops - my TormTar is an elder fencer - not good with a x bow at all!
