![]() | Luck I'm wondering how to add luck to pieces you find in dungeons and stuff. I have never tried before So I don't know if I need to be wearing high luck or what. If anyone can kindly tell me how to make higher luck items I'd appreciate it ![]() |

![]() | Re: Luck Keep the 90+ pieces... - add spined leather (tailor) - add golden ore (smith) - add oak wood (carpenter) Diferent pieces... different materials to add. Same effect... +40 luck added to what it had. Hope it Helps. ![]() "One Circle!..." Last edited by Pitr; 15th July 2008 at 09:26 PM. |

![]() | Re: Luck Metal pieces... you will need smith and gold ingots. Leather pieces... tailor and spinned leather. Elven pieces... carpenter and oak wood. (dont forget to use talismans, and it wont use tool charges) Not completely sure if all elven pieces are wood... ![]() "One Circle!..." Last edited by Pitr; 16th July 2008 at 08:40 AM. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Luck Adding thru enhancing...just remember anytime you enhance your level will help determine the odds of success as well as the number of mods already on the item. Every item has the chance of "breaking" and being destroyed during the enhance process so it really is a crapshoot. Wearing Luck does not affect enhance chance. best option is to maximize your skill level thru totems and +hammers to get the best possible chance of success. Also if the piece is really nice make sure you are willing to lose it before enhancing attempt. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Luck Elven Leaf armor is leather, not wood. Don't forget: unless they have most splendid mods, any hat, gorget, chest or weapon you enhance will be strictly worse than the Jester's Hat of Chuckles, Lucky Necklace, Armor of Fortune, Jaana's staff or Swords of Prosperity. Also, no jewelry beats the Etoile Bleue/Novo Bleue reward items when worn together. Don't even bother with other stuff. You're only looking for legs, gloves and sleeves. ~M |

![]() | Re: Luck It's also very hard (but not impossible) to beat stormgrip for the gloves, and even then you're talking about just a few points of luck. I do have a tendency to just leave any lucky pieces I find, as they very rarely have other mods that make me want to consider using them or giving them away. For example, if you had all of the lucky pieces that Magister mentioned, you would have a grand total of 40% LRC. The other three pieces would have to have very high LRC in addition to luck in order to be useful for long hunts in areas where luck and spells are useful (aka Doom). And 90+ luck pieces with 20% LRC are exceedingly rare. What I'm trying to get at is that every piece (except for hats, really. I haven't seen a hat better than an arty hat no matter what you want in a hat) is potentially useful for a less-than-max luck suit that still has outstanding mods as well as unbelievable luck. |
