Bowcrafting/fletching question..

Does Armslore give a bonus when making bows? Also when crafting bows do you get Armslore gains if you have that skill pointing up.

I'm pretty sure it's yes, to both questions.

Yes it adds 1% to damage increase for every 20 points in Arms lore for a maximum of 5%. This is added to exceptionally made bows. So you can max out the damage increase on a bow made with a regular fletching kit at 40% damage increase.
And yes you do get arms lore gains on when making weapons and armor type items with fletching, blacksmithing, Tailoring, and Carpentry. I am not sure about tinkering
