There was a thread mentioning creep raiding and training somewhere.

Is it still on tonight as I fancy meeting up wiht my mates and doing some combined play. Also I reckon we can handle a few freeps now [in small numbers] as I have had a little more experience with pvp in smaller numbers. [And if SLimer is on we stand even more chance]

Also would liek to experiment with raid leading and raid assisting and getting us creeps working as a unit.

Update: What i said before was a lie.. that was first phase in the rendering.. On the second now which says 2h....

I was and so was Callum... but man.. tons of freep and we defended TA .. or tried

I was beating my computer at that time... since i got an error when almost done rendering

I'll set up this again and see what we can do

Have to say it was a dull and depressing battle ping-ponging back and forth across south TA bridge.

No heals much , no rezz , stun root stun root gank either way back and forth.

All the raid leader was doing was talking about orc defilers and not leading the raid. [Fair comment I guess].

The raid assists were bringing up either Banners of Hope or Creeps [!] or targets a mile away.

All in all it wasnt really a fun experience.

[then again I think I set my standards too high perhaps ]

I saw Burduz go down a few times and myself about three. The battle lasted a good hour before I gave up and logged.

Need to do some ninja attacks and learn some coordination and stuff so can lead raids effectively.

Well it just shows what a difference a good leader can make to a group.Last night the map was blue,and we managed to retake TA/TR and Lug.
We then spent the remainder of the time I was online,successfully defending them.

It was hard work as we had to pull together very closely as a team,using all the skills of different creeps.
For e.g,we had a reaver 'burrowed' close toeach keep to monitor Freep activity,and the leader had a warg scout at each keep to watch the road/bridges.

It was THE best night I have had in a raid so far.I actually got HEALs and rezz's [ which I havent had before].

Again this was down to the leader,making sure each group had a WL and that they kept folk [ and the troll] healed as much as possible.

The LM/Burgs ,roots and stuns were just as many tho, and we died a lot due to those 2 factors alone.

I guess its just some thing we have to put up with for now.

I hear the reavers are in for some changes though come the next publish.

I have a little rule for myself now.I only go in groups who have leaders I know can do the job.

Otherwise I just run solo till I can get in.

Id rather do that than be constantly left to die and then run the map length

Think you mean Weavers ;) They are getting another nerf so to speak.. which they dont need. They are already the hardest creep to play.

Im gonna start trying to lead becuse as Callum said.. crap leadership is the sole thing that makes it boring for everyone except those able to do their solo killings.

Heals for friends only and rez for friends only.. the rest was just cannon fodder.

Pfft...

Oh well... i still enjoyed it but not as much as it could have done and since bitching is sooo 2007 , it means im gonna try to lead instead of bitching.

Gonna be on Coiny tomorrow to explore Forochel - gotta visit the place atleast...

Not sure how much time over ill get since its holiday and they having alot of things going on here and in the evening firework too..

And yes Twoey - I want to experiment with Raid Leading, using Raid Assists and Ninja Attacks on LC for example. I really dont think its that hard if you got the bottle to use voice chat.

Also wtf is this Oil at Lug thing all about?

Also I seem to recall reading somethign about eating food before a battle? I cant seem to find any food to eat [or am I going mad?]

Also peeps talk about buying anti-stun pots and heal pots etc - I cant find any vendors to buy them off? Only trading vendors?
