The leaders of the guild Bushido asked me if we were intressted in making an alliance?

They've been trying to talk me over to join their guild.. but I stomped my foot there. So they changed it to alliance..

Those that I've met there are nice people also a bit more mature - thats their leaders ive been playing with.. got no idea about the rest though.

Question is..

Are we intressted? I'll post what I think further down.

Alliance chat - Easier to hold contact with more people.. To find people for fellowships/raids and that kind.

.. or good sides only like alliance chat?

Bad sides would be if they get immature people in their guild.. But i think their guildleaders would demote them to not be able to use alliance chat then..

Bad sides i dont really know.. Could just be good - I'll look into it

Mechanically speaking, you cannot demote anyone out of alliance chat. Also, members of an allied guild are just the same as being within your own guild, they can be attacked, killed, and looted. The difference between allied and warred is the communication chat ability, so far as I'm aware, those are the major concerns. But demoting will still be able to chat in alliance, they'd have to be kicked out of the guild completely.
