I am requesting that you issue a Warrant for arrest on the following individuals: Circe, Marc Anthony, Blackrose.

During the delivery of building materials to Trinsic, for the city of Magencia, these individuals and their crews did knowingly attack Pickle King of Serpent Isle Shipping, and illegeally seized his cargo. The list of charges should include but not be limited to:
A. Operating a pirate vessel in Trinsic Territorial Waters
B. Illegeal Seizure of Private goods
C. Assult of a private vessel
D. Damaging private property
E. Assult of Trinsic Royal Fleet Personel
F. Theft of the Admirals ship TRF Waylander

This warrant is should also include that these individuals did knowingly, of free will, and without provocation, attack Trinsic Royal Fleet officers. They should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
